Itinerary Design
After you submit the planning fee, I get to work. Using my industry connections and destination knowledge, I research the options and present the strongest fit for your trip. When two choices genuinely serve different priorities, I may include both.
Refinement & Booking
We review the options together. Once you select your perfect fit, I secure the bookings, ensuring all your VIP perks and amenities are attached to your reservation.
Concierge Details
About 30-60 days prior to travel, I handle the granular details: airport transfers, spa reservations, dining times, and custom excursions.
Bon Voyage
You receive a beautifully detailed digital itinerary app. While you travel, I monitor your flights and am available 24/7 should any issues arise.
Professional Design Fee
My professional design fee starts at $250 per trip (up to 7 days). This covers the extensive research, itinerary curation, booking management, and ongoing concierge support prior to and during your travel.
Unlike booking algorithms, I advocate for you personally. The value of VIP status, upgraded amenities, and having a dedicated expert in your corner far outweighs the initial design investment.
